The NBA-SBL Conference brings together over 2000 delegates from the public and private sectors, providing an excellent opportunity for companies, organizations, investors, and entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services. This year we are including students who own businesses as exhibitors. Exhibitors can choose to exhibit their products, with an exhibition booth. The floor plan will be issued upon receipt of payment and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The allocated exhibition spot will be strategically located at the inner walkway close to the conference, ensuring maximum visibility and exposure for your brand. You will also be allowed to have two of your employees exclusively present at the exhibition. Furthermore, you will have the freedom to brand and display your materials within the vicinity of your booth. Details of the different booth categories and pricing are set out below. BOOTH CATEGORIES AND PRICING We offer a range of booth categories to suit your needs and budget:

Tech Booth

A 3 by 3m booth in a prime location with ample space for product displays, presentations, and networking areas for the sum of (₦500,000) Five Hundred Thousand Naira. Regular Booth: 2 by 2m booth a prominent space ideal for showcasing your brand and engaging with attendees, for the sum of (₦350,000) Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira.

Starters Booth

Perfect for student-run businesses, offering a cost-effective way to connect with the conference audience. Students receive a heavily discounted rate at One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (₦150,000).

In addition to booth space, all exhibitors will enjoy the following benefits:

  • Complimentary refreshment for Exhibitors (2 Days): Stay fueled and focused throughout the conference with a selection of delicious small chops provided for exhibitors during both conference days.
  • Exhibitor Spotlight Sessions: Increase brand awareness and generate excitement with a dedicated session hosted by a dynamic compere. This session will spotlight participating businesses, their booths, and the products or services they offer.
  • Product demonstrations and displays
    Complimentary furniture inside the booth for 2 members of your organisation
    30 seconds video of products/ brand awareness played intermittently during the conference. I suggest that the video is engaging and clearly showing the highlights of the product/services for stakeholder engagement.
  • Networking opportunities

The Exhibition Gallery is strategically located at Abuja Continental Hotel, Abuja.
